Convect Broil
When cooking thicker cuts of meat like bone-in chicken or steaks over an inch thick, use the Convect Broil setting to brown the top while still keeping the hot air circulating around the food in the oven to cook your food.
Bake
Cook your favorite treats like cookies, pies, cakes or muffins with the Bake setting that uses hot air to cook food inside the oven.
Convect Bake
Convect Bake uses the bake, broil, and ring heating elements along with a fan to distribute hot air more evenly when cooking on multiple racks.*
Convect Roast
Cook foods including chicken, turkey, potatoes or broccoli with the Convect Roast setting that uses a high fan speed and controls the heat distribution in your oven by turning on the bake and broil elements as needed.
