ONLINE SERVICE CERTIFICATION

Service technicians can become certified in service and repair for Maytag® Commercial Laundry single- and multi-load machines through the Whirlpool® Commercial Laundry Learning Center. Courses are available in both English and Spanish, covering:

Install and maintenance
Programming and use
Mechanical breakdown
Wiring diagram overview
Electrical troubleshooting
Fault code diagnosis

For the first five years from the date of purchase, when a qualifying commercial appliance is installed, maintained and operated according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Maytag brand of Whirlpool Corporation will pay for factory specified parts or original purchase date is required to obtain service under this warranty. ON-PREMISE MULTI-LOAD WASHERS AND DRYERS

For the first three years from the date of purchase, when a qualifying commercial appliance is installed, maintained and operated according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Maytag brand of Whirlpool Corporation will pay for factory specified parts original equipment manufacturer parts to correct defects in materials or workmanship. In the fourth and fifth years from the date of purchase. Maytag will pay for the following washer parts: The outer shell, drum and shaft assembly, inner welded frame, and bearings and seals.
